The People’s Republic of China (commonly known as China) is the biggest county in the world who has 1.3
billion people and China is the third largest economy in the world (China government official website, 2010).
In 2009, face to the strong impact of the international financial crisis and the global economic environment
deteriorated sharply, the Chinese economy continued to maintain a higher growth rate of
8.7% (CENTRAL

According to the National Economic and Social Development Statistical Communiqué
of China (2009), the
total trade volume had 13.9% decreases in 2009. (Chart 2) The export volume and import volume had 16%
and 11.2% decreases respectively from the corresponding period in 2008 (National Bureau of Statistics of
China, 2010). (Chart 3) Because of the ongoing the global financial crisis, China have some problems on
expanding export.
